You will need:
- 1 doubled breast of chicken
- 2 heads of green lettuce
- 2 big tomatoes
- 500 g of hard goat’s cheese
- 5-6 spoons of mayonnaise
- 1-2 clove of garlic
- 2-3 spoons of olive oil
- juice from half of lemon
- pepper
- dill
- salt
How to make it?
Cut the chicken into small pieces, season and fry in the oil until cooked – leave to coolShred the lettuce and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil
Scald the tomatoes, peel the skin and chop finely
Grate the cheese
Slice the garlic finely and mash with the salt than add to the mayonnaise and stir well
Layer the salad in a bowl putting the lettuce first followed by the chicken, mayonnaise, tomatoes and grated cheese
Finally decorate with chopped dill
Serve with a section of bread
